Mandy has a particular interest in equity based funding for companies in the venture capital market and acts for some of the UK’s most active business angels and venture capital funds.

In addition to the focus on residential property sales, purchases and re-mortgages for private individuals, Gerry has acted for a wide range of lenders, builders, registered Social landlords and investors in relation to the acquisition, disposal and development of larger property transactions.

Gerry also advises clients in relation to executry matters and regarding the Adults with Incapacity legislation. His calm and relaxed manner in handling business for clients helps to ease for them what can be a very stressful experience as they move home.

Tom is an Associate in our litigation department.

Tom graduated from the University of Dundee in 2017 and completed his Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2018. He undertook his traineeship at a busy Glasgow firm before qualifying in 2021. He joined Curle Stewart in November 2023.

Tom has experience in the Sheriff Court in civil and criminal matters and has regularly worked with Counsel in the Court of Session. He currently assists clients in a variety of litigation matters.

Honor joined Curle Stewart following 8 years working in operations in the Middle East and has a passion for operations management, quality assurance and client service delivery.

Lisa has undertaken her role as Operations Support Coordinator, working closely with Honor our Operations Director to ensure operational effectiveness and will be using her experience in marketing and hospitality to streamline and deliver excellent client service and marketing projects within the business, something she has a great passion for.
